Shawna Wilkinson

With over 16 years in the construction industry, Ms. Wilkinson brings diversified experience to the Intelisyn team, specializing in Planning, Land Development and project administration services. Acting as a liaison between respective project Owners and City municipalities, her professional experiences have encompassed institutional, residential, commercial and wireless telecommunication projects. Her versatile portfolio comprises of Zoning, Environmental Compliance and Consultation services. Ms. Wilkinson has conducted a multitude of field reports including Visual Analyses, creating photo simulations using Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Geographic Information Systems programs, as well as Noise Studies utilizing Noise Dosimeters. She provides executive support to Intelisyn's companywide projects assisting with accounts payable/receivable, project invoices, pay applications, change orders, RFPs, Proposals, budget tracking, project presentations, and managing jobsite set-up/close-out procedures. During her tenure at Intelisyn, Ms. Wilkinson's proficiency has proved to be a valuable asset in the Healthcare and Senior Living industries.

Ms. Wilkinson received a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Urban Studies from Fordham University in NY, New York.

Cole Thomas

Cole Thomas

Mr. Thomas is a central member of the team that is providing project logistics coordination for the Master Plan improvements at the UC San Diego Medical Center Campus in La Jolla. Mr. Thomas is adept at collaborating with multiple project teams to develop work plans and schedules that meet the requirements of a wide range of stakeholders. Mr. Thomas provides both strategic and technical support to all project teams working on Medical Center and Regional Transportation projects and is responsible for ensuring all UCSD stakeholders have advance notification of all upcoming construction impacts. Mr. Thomas has proven capable of negotiating with project teams and developing alternative ways to perform work in an effort to mitigate construction impacts to UC San Diego operations. Mr. Thomas' portfolio of projects include infrastructure upgrades, roadway work, and OSHPD project work on the UCSD Medical Center. Mr. Thomas has experience working closely with all members of the project delivery team including owners, design consultants, and contractors. His hands on experience producing project schedules and use of Bluebeam software to assist project teams has proven to be very valuable. His background working for sub-contractors gives him the ability to manage several projects concurrently.

Mr. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science, Construction Engineering degree from San Diego State University.

Kai Perez

Kai Perez

Mr. Perez provides Information Technology and Software Engineering support to all team members. Mr. Perez's expertise in software development and cloud computing is instrumental in utilizing technology to align with Intelisyn's business needs. Mr. Perez also assists with maintaining and creating a vision for Intelisyn's IT infrastructure and provides Information Technology support in the development of new systems, satellite office start-up, system network, server maintenance, and installation and management of job site communications. Completed projects at Intelisyn include migrating in-house servers to the cloud and providing Intelisyn with automation and web services. Mr. Perez also takes an active role in maintaining the Intelisyn website. In his previous positions, Mr. Perez was a Systems Administrator at a Workers' Compensation firm and an IT Support Specialist for a Managed Service Provider.

Mr. Perez has an Associates of Science in Computer Science from Santa Monica College and is currently a senior at Rasmussen College, where he is pursuing a BS in Computer Science. In his free time, Kai attends hackathons and teaches kids Software Engineering principles.

Chelsea Strange

Chelsea Strange

Ms. Strange provides administrative support to all team members and their projects. Chelsea contributes to the daily function of the Intelisyn Team in the assistance of consultant invoice reviews, accounts payable/receivable, maintaining documents for bid analysis, requests for qualifications, proposals and the formatting/coding of all documentation. Intelisyn anticipates utilizing her sports marketing and promotions background to assist in migrating to additional social/professional media platforms. She is the vibrant voice that receives your phone call, and distributes information through all electronic mediums.

She graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay with a degree in Human Communications.

Daniel Kim

Mr. Kim is supporting the project logistics team on the Master Plan improvements at the UC San Diego Medical Center Campus in La Jolla. Mr. Kim collaborates with multiple project teams to develop work plans and schedules to ensure impacts to hospital operations are mitigated and advance notifications of construction impacts are provided in a timely fashion. His aptitude for computer programs such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Publisher allows him to graphically communicate construction operations in an effective manner.

Mr. Kim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering at San Diego State University.

Daniel Kurzendoerfer

Daniel Kurz

Mr. Kurzendoerfer provides support to the San Diego Intelisyn team. He is currently assisting in the management of multiple projects under construction or in the planning phase on the UC San Diego Campus. Mr. Kurzendoerfer has been heavily involved in assisting with the selection of the Design Build team to lead the design and construction of the Nuevo East graduate student housing project, with a project value of $211M. He has been supporting the Design Build competition process, as well as assisting with the review of technical proposals. The Nuevo East project will provide 1,374 beds of graduate student housing along with an administrative support space program of 20,000 square feet. The Nuevo East development is on a 13-acre site and includes utility infrastructure upgrades as well as right of way improvements.

Mr. Kurzendoerfer provides support on the Project Logistics Coordination effort for multiple UC San Diego Medical Center campus projects. He maintains communications to avoid overlap and interference. Mr. Kurzendoerfer is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam Revu. In assisting the Intelisyn team Mr. Kurzendoerfer is improving his skills in team collaboration, organization, and project management and looks forward to their successful application.

Mr. Kurzendoerfer is currently pursuing a degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
