Mr. Thomas is a central member of the team that is providing project logistics coordination for the Master Plan improvements at the UC San Diego Medical Center Campus in La Jolla. Mr. Thomas is adept at collaborating with multiple project teams to develop work plans and schedules that meet the requirements of a wide range of stakeholders. Mr. Thomas provides both strategic and technical support to all project teams working on Medical Center and Regional Transportation projects and is responsible for ensuring all UCSD stakeholders have advance notification of all upcoming construction impacts. Mr. Thomas has proven capable of negotiating with project teams and developing alternative ways to perform work in an effort to mitigate construction impacts to UC San Diego operations. Mr. Thomas' portfolio of projects include infrastructure upgrades, roadway work, and OSHPD project work on the UCSD Medical Center. Mr. Thomas has experience working closely with all members of the project delivery team including owners, design consultants, and contractors. His hands on experience producing project schedules and use of Bluebeam software to assist project teams has proven to be very valuable. His background working for sub-contractors gives him the ability to manage several projects concurrently.

Mr. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science, Construction Engineering degree from San Diego State University.

Sara Willey

Ms. Willey brings 20 years of experience in managing project and product data to the Intelisyn team. Specializing in project budget and financial tracking, Ms. Willey has proven invaluable to our Leadership and Management teams during her previous 8 years with Intelisyn. Given a multi-client environment, the challenge of creating, monitoring and reporting financial data, has demanded the need for understanding and learning a variety of software platforms. Ms. Willey not only has the aptitude to learn and manage through client’s unique requirements, but in some cases, has gone on to teach new hires the software functions and applicability to their particular position in the project development process. Project data is only useful if accurate, current, and presented in an efficient format. Ms. Willey constantly looks to implement best practice procedures, improve efficiency, and effectiveness when analyzing and conveying project data to the team and client. Appropriate file management for the projects has required Ms. Willey to learn many different software applications from project, real estate, and marketing data processing. In addition to Ms. Willey’s assistance to management personnel, office responsibilities have included invoice management, A/P, A/R, expense reports, equipment/supplies lease and purchase, scheduling, and extensive project financial reconciliation.

Ms. Strange provides administrative support to all team members and their projects. Chelsea contributes to the daily function of the Intelisyn Team in the assistance of consultant invoice reviews, accounts payable/receivable, maintaining documents for bid analysis, requests for qualifications, proposals and the formatting/coding of all documentation. Intelisyn anticipates utilizing her sports marketing and promotions background to assist in migrating to additional social/professional media platforms. She is the vibrant voice that receives your phone call, and distributes information through all electronic mediums.

She graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay with a degree in Human Communications.

In keeping with her professional aspirations she is currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration program.

Daniel Kim

Mr. Kim is supporting the project logistics team on the Master Plan improvements at the UC San Diego Medical Center Campus in La Jolla. Mr. Kim collaborates with multiple project teams to develop work plans and schedules to ensure impacts to hospital operations are mitigated and advance notifications of construction impacts are provided in a timely fashion. His aptitude for computer programs such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Publisher allows him to graphically communicate construction operations in an effective manner.

Mr. Kim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering at San Diego State University.
