As co-founder, Mr. Strange has positioned Intelisyn as one of the leading Project Development firms in the industry. Drawing from 40 years of experience, Mr. Strange has committed himself to the ideals of advanced planning, development of procedures, and the successful delivery of contracting options. Implementation of these ideals required the pioneering of Project Development processes and management techniques, including software innovations, and cost effective “value added” services from project conception to close-out.

The Intelisyn Project Development control process has been successfully applied to over $6 billion in construction projects. Mr. Strange has a unique, “hands-on” policy when it comes to project involvement resulting in success stories within the institutional, commercial, multi-residential and advanced technology industries.

Mr. Strange graduated cum laude from Cal Poly, Pomona with a B.S. in Construction Management and furthered his education with an MBA from Pepperdine University.

As a 30 year veteran of the construction industry, Mr. Lavi has refined innovative management techniques utilizing a meticulously detailed, document intensive and methodically controlled process from conceptual design to project close-out. Since joining Intelisyn in 1993, Mr. Lavi has been responsible for all aspects of the project control process including managing the Intelisyn project delivery team, maintaining project cost control systems and forecasting cash flow requirements, estimating, schedule development, negotiation of contracts and change orders, management of the equipment procurement process, and overall quality surveillance.

Mr. Lavi has developed an impressive portfolio of Project Development accomplishments within the construction industry, and provides specialized expertise in Healthcare Project Development. Mr. Lavi graduated “Top of Class” with a B.S. in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.

Karen Garcia

With 30 years of corporate operations experience, Mrs. Garcia directs the daily business development of the Intelisyn Team. Direct expertise includes the management of project invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, insurance, and taxes. HR responsibilities include administration of the employee records, new hire process, health benefits and the Intelisyn 401k plan. She maintains a database of client contacts, and the electronic distribution of information to the project teams.  Mrs. Garcia is a key member in the development of RFP’s, proposals, client contracts, and the maintenance of documents for bid analysis, budget tracking, and cash flow analysis as well as project presentations.

Mrs. Garcia has provided services to all phases of the project delivery process from entitlements through close-out for over 15 years. Her portfolio includes Healthcare providers such as Cedars-Sinai, UCSD Medical Center, City of Hope, Dignity Health Providence Health & Services, Kaiser Permanente, and Redlands Community Hospital. Mrs. Garcia’s experience with the Senior Living sector includes providers such as Front Porch, Episcopal Communities and Services, and San Diego Hebrew Homes,.

Mr. Page has 24 years of experience in the construction industry working on projects of various sizes and levels of complexity. Mr. Page began his career working as a construction laborer and has worked for numerous general contractors overseeing the delivery of construction. Mr. Page began his tenure with Intelisyn 12 years ago and proved to be a quick study of Intelisyn’s procedures and controls processes and has successfully delivered $2.0 billion in multi-phased complicated Healthcare and Senior Living Projects.

Currently, Mr. Page oversees Intelisyn’s team and operations for our San Diego based projects and provides expertise in delivering projects thru a variety of project delivery methods including Lump Sum, CM/GC, GMP, Owner Builder and Design Build projects. Mr. Page has experience working thru Capital Improvement Budget Development, Contract Negotiations and Administration, Cost & Schedule Analysis, Dispute Resolution and Team Culture Development.

Mr. Page is currently providing Project Management & Construction Logistics Services for UC San Diego Campus and Healthcare projects. His experience and high level of client satisfaction have solidified Intelisyn as a Program Management leader in the San Diego market. Efforts on the UC San Diego campus include pioneering a collaborative and coordinated model to ensure over 50 project teams would minimize impacts to patients, visitors, staff and operations while allowing implementation of the Capital Improvement Program. Mr. Page’s team is relied upon for the accurate and detailed presentation of schedules, instructive graphics and communication protocol as they assist in delivering projects.

Mr. Page’s portfolio of successfully completed projects include work on Medical Office Buildings and OSHPD Projects, Central Plants and Site Infrastructure, Performing Arts Center and Theatre, Senior Living Campus and Memory Care Facilities, Educational and Student Housing Buildings, Transportation Projects round out Mr. Page’s portfolio of applied project management under both OSHPD and City/County jurisdictions.

Mr. Page earned a B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
