February 20, 2020 – Big things happening at City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, CA! The Big Room Project is taking shape, a 24-Unit trailer complex which will house office space for City of Hope Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction department. F,D,&C department will be the engine running multiple master plan projects over the next 5 years. Intelisyn has provided project management, site logistics, planning, and coordination services to provide infrastructure and jurisdictional approval of the trailer complex.

February 12, 2020 – !!MILESTONE ALERT!! Cranes are coming down at UC San Diego’s North Torrey Pines Living & Learning Neighborhood (NTPLLN). Tower crane at Building 2 was demobilized January 10^th through 12^th and Building 1 tower crane is scheduled to be demobilized February 21^st. Building 5 will top out on February 14^th, which will be the final building on site to top out. A topping-off ceremony is scheduled for Monday, February 10^th. Congrats to all project teams and personnel for an awesome milestone achievement!

PROJECT UPDATE: North Torrey Pines Living & Learning Neighborhood (NTPLLN), the new mixed use community at UC San Diego, will become the home for Sixth College and offer new instruction and research space for departments and programs within the Divisions of Social Sciences and Arts and Humanities.  Once construction began, Intelisyn was brought on board to continue the site logistics effort, work with UCSD Marketing to maintain website content, coordinate the procurement of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment, help manage the build-out of six retail venues, coordinate with Housing Dining and Hospitality to outfit equipment in the new Craft Center, and help facilitate Pull-Planning sessions with University stakeholders. May 7, 2019 – The Intelisyn team got to tour UCSD’s North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood, a 1.6 million square foot project overlooking the pacific ocean. NTPLLN will include a mixed use community of student housing, academic classrooms, lecture halls, outdoor space, dining, retail and even surfboard making! Intelisyn is currently providing construction management services on this project for UCSD, working towards a Fall 2020 completion.
