UC San Diego Hillcrest || Project Status

March 28th, 2023 – UC San Diego Hillcrest Outpatient Pavilion and Parking Garage project is progressing well, despite the challenges presented with this unprecedented rainy season. The team is continuing with the parking structure, producing about a quarter of a parking deck every 10 days, 1 level at a time. The Outpatient Pavilion structure foundations are set and interior walls are being built, and structural steel installation begins April 2023, marking a huge milestone for the project. This is just the beginning at Hillcrest, Intelisyn has provided logistics, cost analysis, and construction management services as UC San Diego propels into their Hillcrest Campus development.

City of Hope || DOC Status

March 22, 2023 – Rain, rain, rain. Even with relentless weather to start 2023, the City of Hope Duarte Outpatient Center (DOC) project is pressing on into Spring. The DOC project topped out last October, and it’s been full speed ahead on interior framing and rough MEPs (AHUs being set on the roof!). As you can see, the exterior skin is coming along on this 400k SF Cancer Clinic. Intelisyn has been on this one since the beginning, providing programming, planning, logistics, cost analysis, and construction management services.  We look forward to a strong finish and being able to welcome City of Hope patients and staff into this new facility.

Wesley Palms Retirement Community || Project Completion

Project Completion: For the past 5 years Intelisyn has been working with Front Porch Communities and Services to expand, renovate, and refresh their Wesley Palms Retirement Community in San Diego, CA. All 9 Phases are complete and residents continue to move in. Intelisyn managed the Entitlements, Design and Construction of all phases. This facility, with over 200 residents, provides options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The Wesley Palms Neighborhood amenities include a library, fitness center, pool/spa and therapy pool, dog park (yes, it is pet friendly!), beauty shop, putting green, bocce ball and shuffleboard court, and multiple dining options. Wesley Palms also partners with UC San Diego and Osher Lifelong Learning Center to provide educational experiences such as community workshops, outings, social hour entertainment, Ted Talks, and lifelong classes to please the intellect. Intelisyn is grateful for the opportunity to manage and help turn this Retirement Community into a truly special home for many residents. Congratulations to all Intelisyn team members that played a role in this project!

Nuevo East Phase 3 || Project Completion

Project Completion – Nuevo East, Phase Three of the Mesa Housing Redevelopment at UC San Diego, was completed April 2020. Nuevo East consists of six buildings, five of which will add another 654 graduate student apartments to the East Campus. Intelisyn is proud of all the hard work and effort put in to deliver a successful and spectacular project!
