Project Completion: For the past 5 years Intelisyn has been working with Front Porch Communities and Services to expand, renovate, and refresh their Wesley Palms Retirement Community in San Diego, CA. All 9 Phases are complete and residents continue to move in. Intelisyn managed the Entitlements, Design and Construction of all phases. This facility, with over 200 residents, provides options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The Wesley Palms Neighborhood amenities include a library, fitness center, pool/spa and therapy pool, dog park (yes, it is pet friendly!), beauty shop, putting green, bocce ball and shuffleboard court, and multiple dining options. Wesley Palms also partners with UC San Diego and Osher Lifelong Learning Center to provide educational experiences such as community workshops, outings, social hour entertainment, Ted Talks, and lifelong classes to please the intellect. Intelisyn is grateful for the opportunity to manage and help turn this Retirement Community into a truly special home for many residents.
