October 27, 2019 – This year Intelisyn formed a team and participated in the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship walk, a 3.5 mile course from Manhattan Beach Pier to Hermosa Beach Pier and back. This event supports children with special needs and local community education. The walk is produced by SKECHERS USA and co-produced by The Friendship Foundation. Some of Intelisyn’s employees were a part of Friendship Circle when attending Mira Costa High School and still considers the program near and dear to their hearts. This year the walk raised $2.27M! Intelisyn sponsored all participants and family members pictured above this past Sunday.

Chelsea Strange || MBA Graduate
October 4, 2019 –Intelisyn’s Business Resources, Chelsea Strange, graduated with her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University (CLU). Throughout the program Chelsea incorporated, and continues to apply, her acquired knowledge and experience from her courses and studies into company organization, company culture, and the implementation of Intelisyn’s – Next Generation. Ms. Strange graduated with the highest distinction, Summa Cum Laude honors and will walk in CLU’s graduation ceremony May 2020. Congratulations, Chelsea! Your Intelisyn Family is very proud of you!

UC San Diego Nuevo East || Site Visit
September 24, 2019 – Some of Intelisyn’s Torrance team headed south for a site visit to see one of our UC San Diego projects, Nuevo East Student Housing. This project, once completed, will house UC San Diego graduate students and professionals. Nuevo East sits on 9.5 acres with six buildings including 1,373 student beds in one- to four-bedroom apartments and townhomes, fitness and wellness spaces, administrative offices, multi-purpose rooms, gathering spaces, public plaza and community gardens. “This facility activates the campus edge and defines a welcoming gateway and public plaza for special events like farmers markets, concerts, graduate student lectures and art installations,” not to mention, the top of the parking structure has a phenomenal view of La Jolla!
Cody Strange || 1 Year Anniversary
September 17, 2019 – Intelisyn celebrated Cody’s 1-year work anniversary. Cody came on as a Project Manager, working on multiple projects for Redlands Community Hospital and Front Porch Communities, completing a new Pharmacy and Memory Care Facility this past year. Currently, he is working on the Big Room Project at City of Hope, providing infrastructure and logistics to house various project teams as City of Hope gears to begin multiple large projects on campus. Cody has brought new company initiatives and energy with the founding of Intelisyn-Next Generation, and we can’t wait to see what Year 2 will bring. Thank you, Cody!
