PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project includes 5 distinct structures: the 6-floor, 251,000 GSF Outpatient Pavilion (which includes a cancer care center, neurosurgery, orthopedics, operating rooms, and radiology among other programs), a 1850 stall parking structure, a central utility plant, and a security office building, all of which are connected with the “spine” of the project that is a 3-level roadway/loading dock and utility corridor that runs between the other structures and establishes vehicle and pedestrian connections between all the facilities and new roadways. This project also required significant infrastructure and utility upgrades to accommodate this project and future redevelopment, including over 3000 feet of roadways widening and reconfigurations with the addition of 3 signalized intersection and the conversion of a one-way road into a two-way road.
