With 35 years of corporate operations experience, Mrs. Garcia directs the daily business development of the Intelisyn Team. Direct expertise includes the management of project invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, insurance, and taxes. Shared HR responsibilities include administration of the employee records, new hire process, health benefits and co-management of the Intelisyn 401k plan. Mrs. Garcia also manages the Intelisyn Incentive Program. She maintains a database of client contacts, and the electronic distribution of information to the project teams. Mrs. Garcia is a key member in the development of RFP’s, proposals, cash flows, client contracts, and the maintenance of documents for bid analysis, budget tracking, and cash flow analysis as well as project presentations.

Mrs. Garcia has provided services to all phases of the project delivery process from entitlements through close-out for over 20 years. Her portfolio includes Healthcare providers such as Cedars-Sinai, UCSD Medical Center, City of Hope, Palomar Medical Center, Dignity Health, Providence Health & Services, Kaiser Permanente, and Redlands Community Hospital. Senior Living sector includes Front Porch, Episcopal Communities and Services, and San Diego Hebrew Homes. Education sector includes multiple University of California, San Diego projects.
