PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Planning, scheduling, and project management coordination for UC San Diego Hillcrest Medical Center’s Long Range Development Plan totaling roughly 2.6 million GSF of new construction and 3900 parking stalls spread across 62 acres within the heart of the Hillcrest community in the City of San Diego. The development will be completed over a 20-30 year period and will be done in several phases in a calculated manor to ensure existing operations for Healthcare facilities are maintained effectively.
