Dallas Woerle

Project Manager

Mr. Woerle brings 10 years of project management and practical field experience to the Healthcare and Infrastructure industries, with highlighted HCAi project experience totaling more than $48M at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, including SB 1953 NPC 3/4 facility-wide implementation, NICU remodel, Clinical Lab remodel, Kitchen Repairs and HVAC, CT installation, Pyxis equipment replacement, and Pediatric Security Modifications. He has also supported medical equipment installation projects at St. Johns & Holy Cross Medical Centers. Dallas has worked closely with design teams, consultants, facility staff, and contractors to support project execution through RFI, submittal, facility notice, change order, schedule, and logistics management. His field knowledge in quality control, labor safety/health, infection control, and fire/life safety allows him to help maintain operational continuity in active healthcare environments while balancing patient, staff, and visitor requirements.

Mr. Woerle has detailed experience reviewing ACDs and NMAs for scope gaps and potential cost or schedule impacts, distributing clear direction to project teams, and maintaining project momentum through coordinated communication. His responsibilities have included managing master schedules and three-week look-aheads, conducting OAC meetings and maintaining minutes, developing strategies and work processes to meet schedule and cost parameters, and reviewing and negotiating change orders to protect the Owner’s best interest. Dallas’ strong work ethic, adaptability, and solution-driven approach make him a valuable contributor in fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare construction environments.

Mr. Woerle graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Certificate in Financial Management where he became Vice President of the university's Kappa Sigma Fraternity chapter. His certifications and training include NRMCA Plant Manager, EM-385 40 Hours, OSHA 30 & 40 Hours, HAZWOPER 40 Hours, Roadway Specialist Level 1B – TXDOT, and prior CQM Military and Competent Person certifications.
