Mr. Williford brings extensive experience across higher education, healthcare, infrastructure, transportation, senior living, mixed-use, and restaurant construction. He is skilled in collaborating with ownership, design teams, and contractors to develop logistics plans, resolve complex construction challenges, and maintain project schedules while minimizing impacts on active facilities.

Mr. Williford provides construction logistics coordination for the UC San Diego Health La Jolla Loop Road project and project management support for the Ridge Walk Living Learning Neighborhood. He has also recently provided logistics support for the Shiley Eye Institute renovations and Viterbi Family Vision Center, both of which have recently completed construction, and campus improvements within UC San Diego in conjunction with the Mid Coast Trolley extension.

His strong analytical skills support project teams in delivering solutions that prioritize end users including residents, patients, students, faculty, and staff. He has successfully managed and supported projects from pre-construction through closeout, including tenant improvements, mixed-use developments, retail, and large-scale infrastructure. Mr. Williford is recognized for his team-oriented communication style and results-driven approach, consistently helping owners and project teams achieve successful outcomes.

Mr. Williford graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
