Cody Strange
Senior Project Manager, Business Associate
Mr. Strange has 15 years of private, public, and healthcare project experience; having managed public education projects as a general contractor, mixed use mid- and high-rise projects as an owner/builder developer, and healthcare projects as an owner’s representative. He holds a vast understanding of the programming/planning, design, construction, and activation process. His background allows for an understanding of the information and individuals needed to take an idea from image/rendering to functional reality. Utilizing his expertise in the protocol and coordination of jurisdictional agencies at a city and state level, including HCAi/OSHPD project development, review, and construction processes.
Mr. Strange has managed over $550M in healthcare projects, and provided services to many of Intelisyn’s key clients, including City of Hope, Redlands Community Hospital, and Front Porch Senior Living Communities. As a pivotal member of the City of Hope Team, he managed the Hope Plaza L6 IR/PACU project, including two new IR suites, and associated PACU space. And prior, as a member of the Hope Plaza team, he facilitated MEP+F+LV system design and construction, TI build out, and interface between owner departments, Facilities Engineering, IT, Planning, Supply chain, and Security. He served as a liaison to City of Hope for budget and schedule management including all reporting and projection analysis.
Additional management experience includes the design and construction of Pharmacy/Clean Rooms, Emergency Department, Memory Care Remodels, Campus Utility Infrastructure, Site Work/Parking, and Medical Office Space TI.
Prior to Intelisyn, Mr. Strange spent 8 years in public and private construction, as a General Contractor and Developer, heavily involved with the urban gentrification of Downtown Los Angeles, including mid-rise and high-rise Mixed-Use buildings. Cody’s energy, attention to detail, and passion for project development provides our clients with efficiency and quality as well as a fresh attitude towards construction technology and its critical role in future processes.
Mr. Strange graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Economics.
